Parcel delivery date, place, and tracking
If your parcel is at the parcel distribution center, read the status description – it may be that we are unable to deliver the parcel because we have received inaccurate data and the delivery information needs to be corrected. You can correct the delivery information by e-mailing us at [email protected] (be sure to include the shipment number, your contact telephone number and the exact delivery address).

If you are waiting for the courier, you will receive an SMS in the morning of the delivery day with a 1-hour timeframe when the delivery of your parcel is being planned. If we deliver your parcel to DPD Pickup parcel locker, you will receive an SMS message as soon as the parcel will be delivered to the self-service terminal. In case of changing the delivery address, the parcel is delivered on the nearest working day, therefore the delivery timeframe is reassigned. Delivery may also be affected by the traffic conditions, special weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If the parcel is redirected to the parcel locker, the parcel may be delivered on the same or the next working day. This depends on the parcel locker selected and courier delivery schedule.
